"Raul go's above and beyond. To make sure what you're vision is for your project well exceeds your expectations.. i would hire him 10 times over to get my projects done."

"I had a great experience with EV Electrical. Uriel and his Father were extremely attentive, professional, and detail-oriented throughout the entire project. From outlet installation to kitchen lighting, they took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and kept me informed every step of the way. What stood out the most was their follow-through and commitment. Even when one part of the project was pending, they made sure to come back and complete the job properly instead of leaving anything unfinished. Their work ethic, reliability, and quality of work were truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and honest electricians."

"can't thank the folks at Duffy Electric enough for their fantastic work and incredible customer service. I discovered on a Saturday late morning that the basement outlets and outside lighting fixtures weren't working, and we were expecting company for the weekend. I called around to several places and wasn't able to find anyone who could provide same-day service let alone return my message, until I spoke to Jennifer. She took pity on me and called their crews to see if any were running ahead of schedule, and was able the get the job scheduled for the afternoon. They were extremely professional and got the job done in no time! Going forward I won't use anyone else!"

"We had a great experience working with JAB Electrical. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We contacted them to install LED recessed lighting throughout our home, and after getting a few estimates, we decided to go with them because of their fair pricing and the confidence they gave us in the quality of their work. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and they paid close attention to every detail. They were respectful of our home, cleaned up after the job, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The new recessed lighting has completely transformed the look of our space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results."

"Rosemarie and her team did an incredible job transforming our backyard. Previously, we had issues with drainage and our yard was basically a muddy, unusable space. We had previously gotten estimates from other companies and were disappointed with the cookie cutter approach we received. By contrast, Rosemarie came out to visit us, patiently listened to what we were dealing with and what our goals were for the yard, and came up with a vision that exceeded our expectations. Her team executed on that vision at a very high level. They worked efficiently and carefully and were respectful of our property and neighbors. We have been so pleased with the results. The installation just wrapped up a few weeks ago, but we have already used our yard much more frequently. The plants that went in are thriving and the drainage issues that we had previously dealt with have gone away. Throughout the process, Rosemarie and her team provided a high level of transparency, responsiveness and communication. They clearly take pride in their work (and their enthusiasm for native plants is infectious!) and we were consistently impressed by their expertise, resourcefulness and vision. We highly, highly recommend Our Temenos."

Growing up in NYC taught me how much thoughtful design matters, especially when every square foot counts. Storage, functionality and making the most of your space can completely change how a home works for you and your family. We take the time to understand your needs and find practical solutions that fit the way you live.\n\nThat approach is also personal to me. I grew up around this work, watching my father turn ideas into functional spaces through carpentry and seeing my uncle build his own contracting company from the ground up. It inspired me to create 3B Contracting Inc. and bring my own perspective as a woman to an industry that has been part of my life for years.\n\nWe specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, renovations, closets and custom storage solutions, with a focus on quality work and clear communication throughout the process. We’re licensed to work throughout all five boroughs of NYC and offer free estimates.
