Best basement remodelers near Ferndale, NY

"Cory is great and a reliable worker. We have a bathroom that needed some update and he installed the floor, a new window, new toilet, new vanity light, new sink top and hardware, and painted the sink vanity. At the end of the project there were a few finishing details that needed some adjustments which they came back to do it. We are happy with the end result of our bathroom and would recommend his service."

"They were great! Did the job well and in a timely manner. Would hire them again and definitely recommend them!"

"Overall I was very happy with Frank and his team from GMZ Contracting. They showed up when they were supposed to, were friendly and respectful and did beautiful work. They installed knotty pine in my bedroom and did the flooring for the upstairs bedroom."

"Me and my fiance hired rob while in the process of buying a house via fha rehab loan. He was the only contractor willing to tackle the project along with the paperwork for the bank. (Hud stuff). Fast forward. Renovations almost complete and he did an absolutely fantastic job. Absolutely ecstatic and very thankful him and his crew took this project on. He is on point. Very straightforward and get the job done. Definitely would recommend"

"We shopped and spoke with many "facade restoration experts" before choosing to work with High Tech and we are so glad we did our research. Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. The crew was respectful, clean and on time. They went above and beyond all of our expectations in touching up every minor detail so that the whole front of the house was left looking brand new. We could not be happier. Our home looks better than we could have imagined. I recommend High Tech Construction with no hesitation.
