"I just bought a house and will close in mid October. I have been trying to line up different the plumbing, sealing, painting, electrical jobs that will need to be quickly done before the snow flies. I called and got no response. Disappointing. Many contractors are swamped because of Covid 19 and only about 25 percent of them bothered to return my call even when they could not do the job because of overbooking.. Those are the people that I will do business with in the future."

"Joe responded to my inquiry of needing my chimney repaired the very same day I spoke with him. He was very prompt and thorough with the review of my dilemma. Joe was able to begin working on the chimney within a few days and completed the job in less than 2 days. I would recommend their services to anyone."

"Siteworx was very responsive and kept us informed about when the job would be done. Our project was not large and several other paving companies were not interested. We are very pleased with the results."

Think of the street as a way to capture all the elements on either side of the road, including the road—a street encompasses the homes or other buildings, the trees, and the road of a given area as defined by the beginning and end of the street on a map. A roadway, however, is the component of the street where cars travel.

Whether it's worth it to install a heated driveway depends on how often you'll use it, your lifestyle, and your budget. If you live in a mild climate with little snowfall, then installing a built-in heated driveway system may not be worth it. If you live in a region that experiences mild snowfall, then a portable mat could work better. However, if you live in a region with heavy snowfall, it makes sense to invest in a built-in heated driveway.

When asphalt cures, it typically changes from a very dark black hue to a lighter, more matte gray color. Cured asphalt also won’t be tacky or sticky to the touch or emit any odors from the asphalt mix. Additionally, the surface of fully cured asphalt won’t deform under any pressure.

Yes, permeable paving is expensive. For driveways, expect to pay up to $70 per square foot; for patios, permeable paving can cost up to $30 per square foot. Costs will depend on the type of material you choose, plus the standard labor rate in your area.

A driveway's lifespan varies by material. Asphalt driveways typically last 15 to 30 years, while concrete driveways last longer, between 20 and 50 years. The longevity of any driveway is affected by factors like extreme temperatures, heavy traffic, and the quality of maintenance. Regular upkeep, such as filling cracks, resealing the surface, and ensuring proper drainage, can help extend its life. For gravel driveways, regrading to fill in uneven areas every year or two is recommended.
