"Brian returned my 9 am call immediately and offered to come over this afternoon. We had a stubborn stain about 2' X 2" that we could not get out. Brian assessed, gave us a reasonable price, so we had him do three rooms in addition to the stain. The stain was completely removed and the three rooms were efficiently done. Brian applied his specialized skills and equipment. He and his assistant were very conscientious and hard working and the end result showed their effort. They were personal as well. They asked questions regarding the way I like things done, for example, what I used on my wood floors.
