We weren't sure what we wanted, just something new. Rob came out and took pictures. He then designed a plan and sent us pictures of what he proposed. We made changes and he sent updated pictures. He came out with a large team and replaced everything in half a day...and it looked great!! Just like the pictures. Rob had some great design ideas for replacements, and took careful notes as he prepared an estimate, which was the most thorough estimate of those I had. A couple weeks later, he and his team arrived on time, and ready to go. Rob walked through the plan with me, and then with his crew, all of whom were respectful and clean-cut.
