No invoice did not clean as they said they would be supposed to cover and seal. The furniture and adjoining rooms spoke to owner said he was going to make it right and they never showed up to reclean had to hire a company to clean the saw dust-up. Not happy.

Everything was fine. All the windows were installed in one day. They work like a charm. It may be more expensive up-front, but since the warranty is transferrable and covers repairs and replacements, it is a great deal. For all that you get, it comes out ahead. You can't beat the coverage.
