I contacted Five Star and Ricardo responded right away, we scheduled for him to come see the job that needed to be done (he was very punctual), and did the work while I was away and the house was still empty. Since the house was empty and some of the work had to be done at night there were some minor issues such as a few staples (literally about 5) that were not fully removed and a spot that was missed due to lack of adequate lighting. They also set up very large and powerful hepa-air-cleaning units which they kept running through the whole job and in fact until the industrial hygienist returned for post-testing after the job was completed.
