"Rob came out on a rainy Saturday because it was the only time I had available, his office kept me updated as to his ETA throughout the morning, and was very professional and helpful. When he arrived he did the inspection with a submersible camera, explained to us what our cesspool was made of, its approximate age, and his take on its condition. He pumped a little out, added chemicals, and explained our options. He didn't try to sell us any unnecessary services and recommended a couple other companies if we wanted to replace our system, which was his recommendation even though he couldn't do the work himself ( he's not licensed for installation in our town). All in all, great experience. I would highly recommend."

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! OMG! Everyone should use these guys!!!!! Also, I got the bullbag back! I never have to buy another one and its ready to use whenever I feel like doing a clean out or renovation."

"Installation was smooth ..done professionally...clean. Friendly, honest and followed up on Installation to make sure everything was working properly."

"The process was smooth. They rearranged their schedule at my request in order to come earlier so to beat the rain. And they come with their own packing materials. One thing that also makes the process easy is if you give them all the information they need up-front. I am very detailed and can be annoying but they appreciate it. This is was also the 2nd time I used them to move to same furniture twice in one year. The first move was taking furniture from an attic apartment. That's 2 flights up and down and with a spiraling staircase carrying 2 dressers and queen size bed and a chaise chair. Lastly, they remembered me as a returning customer which I appreciated. And my mother and older brother also took note of their professionalism."

"Review for Cesspool Services I recently had the pleasure of working with Cesspool R Us for our property’s cesspool maintenance, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The technicians arrived promptly, fully equipped, and ready to get to work. They took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all of my questions, which was greatly appreciated. The work was done efficiently, and they ensured that the area was left clean and tidy, going above and beyond in their commitment to customer satisfaction. What really stood out was their knowledge and thorough approach. They identified and addressed potential issues I wasn’t even aware of, which saved us from potential future problems. It’s rare to find a company so dedicated to quality service and customer care. I highly recommend Cesspool R Us for anyone in need of reliable, high-quality cesspool services. Their team is skilled, respectful, and truly dedicated to doing the job right. Thank you for providing such excellent service!"

"Anthony and his crew did a great job in providing and installing the exact system that I had requested.
They were thorough, professional and very neat and very easy to work with.  The installation was completed in one day.
The pricing was more than fair.  I couldn't be happier with the new A/C system.  I highly recommend APV to anyone in need of a new central A/C system.

"He did a wonderful job."

"I highly recommend Robert and his sons. They were extremely professional in getting my basement back to normal after severe water damage. They were timely and got the job done efficiently. Robert is great at communicating through phone/text and came back to my house to check on the progress every day for 5 straight days. Cost of job was very reasonable and they delivered on everything he promised. After they left, my basement looked as new as the day we moved into the house, completely dry, clean and smelled great.  Can't thank them enough for their excellent service.

"I had a leak under my sink with water pouring out. Also a leaky washer and warm but not hot water in two showers. I called Mark and he was incredibly responsive, set up a time at my convenience. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."

"Went very well. This work required patience and ability to adapt and update very old lighting. Fixtures dated from early 1900's.. All work was done with safety in mind. I am very pleased with that work. I will definitely use them again.
