Top notch work. Nick at Demalition performed a proper bathroom demolition at my new house in Brightwaters. Nick showed up every day he said he would and was extremely punctual. He went above and beyond to exceed our expectations, the work he did was exceptional and I will certainly be using his services again soon.

Nick was extremely professional, reasonable, punctual and thorough. He responded so quickly to my inquiry, showed up to give a price - (which was very reasonable for the job), arrived when he said he would and did the work in a timely fashion. He was very neat and tidy, and left thing so clean - actually, I was amazed there are people like him out there! Very positive experience - I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Nick was right on time, early by 5 minutes actually and everything was packed up and gone (about 15 yds of debris) by lunch time. Swept clean like nothing was there! Thanks DemAlition!

Nick and his men showed up on time and were very professional. They also spend a good amount of time laying out drop cloths and floor protection where needed.Toward the end of the job I was very impressed with how they cleaned up not only the interior space where they were moving the debri but also swept the driveway area and the street where they loaded the garbage onto the trailer.I would highly recommend this company for demolition and garbage removal. I needed quite a bit of furniture and various appliances removed from my house, which was in the process of being sold. I needed it done quickly, cleanly and for a reasonable price. I saw an ad for DEMALITION on a local social media site and after responding, they called me back quickly and set up an appointment right away. They understood the pressure I was under and offered to come in the next couple days. Once they arrived, I could see they were total pros. They deconstructed some massive pieces with ease and fit as much into their truck as possible to avoid extra dumping trips (which would've cost me more). They even cleaned up inside the house and the driveway. Friendly guys, too, and that makes the process so much easier. Two big thumbs up for DEMALITION!! If you need it out of your house, you need DEMALITION.
