Jose came out and worked extremely hard to get through a huge blockage in my main sewer from tree roots. I couldn't believe what he pulled out. This was on a Saturday afternoon. By Monday morning the crew was out there, had the utility lines marked, and relined my main sewer. They finished by 4pm just as Jose had figured and explained to me. Very professional job. They were courteous, knowledgeable, hard working. Great job !"

"I recently purchased my home and noticed I was having issues when it would rain with water backing up into my basement. I gave a call over to Cellino Plumbing, I explained my problem to the nice young lady on the phone and she agreed we should have someone come out to take a look. I was giving a four hour window of time that the plumber would show up and they came right in that time frame. Once the plumber arrived I went over my main concerns and a few other minor problems that I was having. The nice gentleman got right to work with cleaning out my lines, once he was able to get through most of my sewer line he explained to me exactly what was going on and that my pipe had either collapsed or shifted and that he would get a sewer camera to my home asap. The next morning I was greeted by yet again another great and knowledgeable technician. He was able to show me right on his device what was going on in my pipes! We set up for them to come back to my home early the next week to fix my issue, I had to work the day of the service but when I came back home I was so impressed. Very small amount of dirt from where the work was performed was all that was left! I had to give a call to the office again to let them know how great everything worked. They explained to me that customer service is always a number one goal of theirs and that if I had any further trouble to give them a call back. Thats exactly what I will do, the only plumbers I will use is from Celllino Plumbing."

"Marksman responded quickly (on a Sunday). They arrived at 7 AM and worked for 3-4 hours inly stopping to go to church. We were desperate with for water(tenant had had recent surgery) for water; the sewer back up was a nightmare. Mike at Marksman did spectacular very thorough work. It was late so he did what he could to control the leak. The next day Cellino and the organization went to work. It took three trips dealing Erie County Water had unexpected issues get the water off with 90 year old pipes (the job by Erie county Water was nothing less that exceptional, they had crews out faster than I thought possible). Every step of the way from the dispatchers to the technicians, everyone at Cellino was responsive, considerate, and truly cared. Never has a reapir comapny of any kind made me feel so respective and important as everyone at Cellino did. I cannot thank you enough for such an outstanding job."

What was first thought of a leaking pipe, the root cause turned out to be the orientation of the piping was opposite of what it should be (angled upward instead of angled downward). Repairing this with the correct orientation fixed the issued. Identifying this and explaining the problem showed Andrew's plumbing expertise. I couldn't be happier with the repair that was performed."
