We were desperate with for water(tenant had had recent surgery) for water; the sewer back up was a nightmare. Mike at Marksman did spectacular very thorough work. "I called for a sewer backup and within minutes my phone rang. Due to the high volume of calls the appointment was set for 9pm. I was called prior to the arrival of the Tech, given a name and an estimated time of arrival. Luke showed up within 10 minutes of that call. He ran his cables, he ran out of cable and brought in the "bigger" machine with more cable - all to find out that the backup was on the CITY's side (even though the city said it wasn't). Luke did a fantastic job of explaining what he was doing and even took the time to help clean up the mess. He was patient, knowledgeable and very nice. Highly recommend this company."
