Torn down without a deck to replace it. They kept feeding me lies about when they were gonna actually start building the new one. My family missed out on our whole summer vacation all because of these scammers. So, had to bite the bullet and hire another contractor to finally get our deck done, otherwise, we&#39;d be missing out on enjoying the fall weather too. Lesson learned, right? Don&#39;t even bother wasting your hard-earned money on this company. Total scammers, through and through. Just gotta sh"

"It started off well, but the tile was incredibly substandard. When I voiced my concern, Paul refused to fix the work, apologize, or reimburse me for the cost of labor to remove it, purchase new tile, and have it installed by a professional. He is blaming me for not purchasing bullnose tile, but the issue is the layout and horrible cuts. Furthermore, due to our own naïveté, we had overpaid Paul for work not yet completed, which he refuses to reimburse us now that we’ve decided to part ways. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves."
