"They were here and working by 8 a.m. All areaswere preppedwith plastic covering in each room. Ceilings were spackled and repaired as needed. Stain sealer was applied and dried . The workers finished all 3 ceilngs,cleaned up, vacuumed and moved the furniture back in place by 4 o’clock in the afternoon. I am extremely pleased with the job they did."

"I was very pleased and satisfied with the work that Loja Renovation provided. They replaced and installed a medicine cabinet by removing old tiles and replaced with new tiles to accommodate the new one. Patched a wall where a bathroom cabinet was removed. And replaced a tub spout with a new one. I would hire the again and recommend them to others."

"I stumble upon 2 end tables at a garage sale. Recognized right away â solid oak. $10 apiece. The problem, was somebody painted them to look cherry red. They were a perfect match for our French Farmhouse bedroom set. I called Tiger. Showed him our bed, he took them away, refinished them. Seven days later he brings them back and they match like something out of an Ethan Allenâ s premium collection. Amazing restoration. Jaw-dropping."

"Once again, Mike was wonderful to work with. The work performed was exactly as contracted for with his painters scrapping peeling paint, priming and painting specific areas of the house. the crew, with Mike's supervision were on the job as scheduled and completed all work in about 1 1/2 days. They cleaned up completely and left the area neat and clean.
His crews work hard and show respect for the work area. The 'transformation' from dingy and peeling areas to bright and shiny
was as promised.
This is our second project with Mike that not only met our expectations but exceeded them. It has been a pleasure to work with him.
