"Ryan, when I called him to cancel his appt to estimate the job of cleaning my gutters due to the fact that the first provider who came examined the gutters and said they needed no cleaning or repairing, complained that he had already paid homeadvisor for contacting me ($20, I think he said). I called Homeadvisor at his request to let them know I had canceled the appointment so that maybe he could be refunded that money. Apparently, providers are not supposed to ask customers to call on their behalf for this - there is a provider credit service available for them to use. All in all, the exchange kinda left me somewhat uncomfortable."

Seamless experience in every way. They clean up the site at the end of every work day. They haul away whatever needs hauled away. They are friendly, talented, welcome input and do what needs to be done to exceed all expectations. (there were none!).
