"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Our company can do residential, commercial and new construction cleaning. Services offered can be customized to the clients needs or be individualized. Our company offers one time, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning, and if you selling or buying your home our company does move-in cleaning and move out cleaning. We also offer many optional cleaning plans.

"The provider came and looked at the house, and sent me an estimate for a deep clean and cleaning every two weeks, and once a month. I said let's start with the deep clean, and then we will do once a month. I had my neighbor check on Monday 2/19 because we were away. He said the downstairs was clean. I came home on Wednesday 2/21. The kitchen and entryway looked clean. I went up to my bedroom and into the bathroom. The dresser in the bathroom and jewelry boxes were covered in dust. There was hair and dust all around the base of the toilet. There was dirt on the floor, and the shower faucet was not clean. I sent pictures to Ellia's cleaning, and spoke with Glen. He offered to come back. I said I needed to think about it. I then went to the second bathroom and saw the same rushed job. I examined downstairs and found that the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned well, as the cabinets on the other side of the island were not clean. I decided I did not want them back in my house. I have three children and two dogs, and did not want to have them leave the house, just to have the same poor job done again. I suggested he refund me $100."
