Have worked with them over the last couple of years on many jobs including a complete redo of a long gravel driveway, landscaping projects, a paved foundation for a large propane tank, snow removal, debris removal, lawn care and more. They offer knowledge and advice, they go the extra mile, and they work patiently with new homeowners. "Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."

"Gaia proved excellent customer service and high-quality work. They were doing some difficult custom cuts on my DIY paver path. The owner, Dan, was a pleasure to work with. He was always available via phone/text to discuss project, estimate, and timing of work. His crew was even professional enough to call me that they were going to be 10 mins late. The crew was friendly, punctual, went the extra mile to do the best job possible, and cleaned up my backyard as if they were never there working. I only had the privilege of working with them for one day, but I have seen enough contractors to know these guys are actually honest, hard-working, and care about their results. I would definitely hire them again if the need arises."
