"Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."

They were also the only people I called that actually answered their phone.& I didn’t have to leave a msg with a computer prompt that kept cutting me off. They even came to ck out the job first. "Gaia proved excellent customer service and high-quality work. They were doing some difficult custom cuts on my DIY paver path. The owner, Dan, was a pleasure to work with. He was always available via phone/text to discuss project, estimate, and timing of work. His crew was even professional enough to call me that they were going to be 10 mins late. The crew was friendly, punctual, went the extra mile to do the best job possible, and cleaned up my backyard as if they were never there working. I only had the privilege of working with them for one day, but I have seen enough contractors to know these guys are actually honest, hard-working, and care about their results. I would definitely hire them again if the need arises."
