"If there were 10 stars, I'd give them to Parker's Carpet Care. They did a phenomenal job on my carpets, rugs and carpeted stairway. We have dogs and cats and my carpets look brand new. I'm fussy, I'll admit. The last few carpet cleaning companies I had left me disappointed and weary. (Didn't care, didn't do a good job, wanted to get paid and get out.). Parkers was friendly on the phone, answered questions, confirmed the appointment on day of, showed up on time and did a thorough and completely mindblowing job of cleaning and restoring my carpets. He even did parts of my stairs by hand!! I'm very pleased and can recommend Parker's without any hesitation. Warm, friendly and knows how to clean carpets! Extremely fair pricing, too."

"I recently had my dog pass away and he had left numerous blood and urine stains all over my carpet. There were also stains that had been in my home since I moved in about ten years ago that I was unable to get out when I had my carpets cleaned perviously. Neil came over to give me a quote and was compassionate and understanding. He told me he would do his best to get all of the blood and urine out and would even try and get the old stains that had been there for several years. The job he did was nothing short of miraculous!!! He got all of the stains out including the old set in stains that my previous carpet cleaner was unable to remove. My carpets have NEVER looked so clean and he even got the odors to come out of my carpets. I would highly recommend this company as their service was unbeatable and their prices were fair. Derryl and Katie responded so quickly, came out the next day, and rebuilt the entire staircase over the weekend since we were in a bind. The staircase is beautiful, sturdy, and I feel much safer with it in my home. Super communicative and so kind, I highly recommend them to anyone! Even having them do some other work on our home to built out our outdoor space! Big fans!"
