The fireplace was huge (at least 4' x 4') and there were repairs to the foundation that needed to be made, but he managed to keep it within $1000 of the original budget. He also replaced several posts, stairs and railings on our outdoor deck stairs leading from our 2nd floor to our gazebo. That also came in pretty close to budget. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
