He also brought a sample of the cleaning solution he would use to the estimate . i had OLD aluminum siding and he showed me what it would look like when he was done. i decided to repaint the aluminum since the coating and color were all but gone. he prepared the surface of my house so all I have to do now is put the paint on. i would highly recommend this young man for any job he tells me he can do. His attention to detail is spot on and he cleaned up the job site when he was finished. What a great worker."

"Just want to thank Tim, John, Mitch, Zack and anyone I might have missed for the wonderful job they did. You cant imagine how devastating it was to discover this problem. We contacted Craig Thomas and were visited by Will who confirmed our problem and told us what needed to be done. I was stunned and also very put off by the cost. However I realized it had to be done.
The first visit was about 5 hours and involved lots of loads of wash both bedding and clothing. We followed their recommendations and after many visits the infestation decreased. The last visit was in .April and we are pleased to say we have only seen a few leftovers which we were able to remove,

"Their rep came out to evaluate my gutters and downspouts which I originally wanted to have replaced. He took his time and was the first to tell me that because of the type of gutters I had replacement would have cost a fortune. He offered me a cheaper solution. The gutters had holes in spots but otherwise were sound. They ended up doing the equivalent of autobody work (rust inhibitor and patching) and that was all I needed.. the downspouts were replaced as requested. they were terrific"

"Well, for what was cleaned I can?t believe that it actually cost $800. Contaminated silverware and other utensils that were wrapped up in plastic or saran wrap was put back in the drawers that were supposedly cleaned and sanitized. They?re literally was water all over the kitchen floor that at one point I actually thought maybe the refrigerator or freezer was leaking. I?ve received three quotes from different companies. To have XP Productions do the job, and their prices were a lot less than what I was charged by this company. This is on floor behind radiator, and the bottom of the wall and baseboards. It?s still filthy! You can tell there was absolutely no attempt to even try and clean around it or behind it. It?s completely unacceptable! I seriously can?t believe I was charged $800 for this horrible half assed job."
