"I have had horrendous leaks in my basement for YEARS. It was caused by a number of things but I wasn't able to pinpoint the major cause or do anything about it. When Nick came out to give me an estimate, he was upfront and honest with me. He looked me straight in the eye and spoke with me. Even though his estimate was more than another company had given, I went with Nick because I trusted him. When he reworked the downspouts so that the runoff from the rain went from the back of the house to the front, the result in my basement was like night and day. It has rained a couple of times since the change was made (right now there is a downpout). There is still a little water in my basement, but it's NOTHING like it was before.
