We have an experienced, punctual and immaculate crew who can handle any type of job. We are fully licensed & insured, carrying general liability and workers compensation coverage. We are licensed contractors who have over a combined 30 years of business and construction experience. "Modern Home Remodeling gets my highest recommendation. They just finished a third project for us and we could not be happier. When I called Mike and asked if he could paint our main living area (family room, kitchen, living room, stairway) before a party we had scheduled in 2 weeks, he did not hesitate to promise that he could do it. His crew finished in less than a week. The work was beautiful, the workers were extremely skilled and professional. This entailed a ton of prep including repairing damage to woodwork by a puppy, ceiling damage from moving furniture. Woodwork, ceilings, built in shelves, walls are all like new. Their attention to detail was remarkable. They protected our furnishings and cleaned up every day, making it possible to stay in the house during the work. We will hire them again when needed"
