"Brittany and her team are absolutely amazing in every aspect! Their prices are very reasonable, the whole team is so friendly! They take their time and are very thorough! She meets all our expectations and then some. We couldnâ t ask for a better cleaning company to take care of my home! She makes sure to pay attention to all the little details most people would just look right over! Iâ m proud to say Iâ ve been with Brittany for years and will NEVER book a clean with anyone else. She is very trust worthy, honest and has a heart of gold. If you have animals donâ t worry sheâ s very good with our dog as well even gives him treats for us while cleaning and weâ re at work. If you need a loyal cleaning lady who does phenomenal with her cleaning services Brittany and her team are for sure the ones for you!"

"Dave , the owner, came quickly and gave me a more than fair estimate after walking the perimeter of my structures. Dave came back a few days later and cleaned the gutters and siding. He was very professional and the only sign that he had been here were the clean gutters and siding and I was charged exactly what I was quoted in the estimate. Will definitely be calling him next year!"

"Sean and Corey did a wonderful job painting our deck. They were very detail-oriented and hard working, and we have the results to prove it! We would recommend them to anyone and would be happy to serve as a reference if needed. Thank you for a job well done!"

Deck Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The cost to repair a deck is between $900 and $3,500, depending on the cause and extent of the damage. For example, fixing a sinking deck caused by pest damage can cost between $200 and $600, while replacing sinking boards costs between $500 and $4,000.

Pavers are a great decking option for pools. They’re customizable, come in a variety of shapes, sizes, colors, textures, materials, and price points, and they’re slip-resistant. Concrete pool decks, on the other hand, are harder to repair and replace if damaged and aren’t as slip-resistant as most paver materials. However, not all pavers are equal in terms of durability, maintenance, and performance. Pavers also have their own cons that may encourage homeowners to opt for stamped concrete instead, such as higher upfront costs.

Although composite decking is extremely durable, it’s also susceptible to extreme heat. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause fading, warping, and cracking. Composite also retains heat more than wood, which makes it dangerous to walk on in the summer. You can help prevent heat damage by only building with composite in shaded areas or using rugs to cover the hottest spots.

In most cases, sanding an old deck before staining it is necessary to achieve a decent finish. If your old deck has a relatively new stain finish on it and you're only doing touch-ups, you can generally skip the sanding part. However, if your goal is to make the deck look and function better, sanding first is a must.

No, termites do not eat Trex or any other composite decking brand. Termites eat cellulose, of which composite decking like Trex contains very little compared to natural wood. This feature can help justify the higher Trex decking costs if you live in an area with abundant termites.
