All done on a Sunday afternoon when I had felt I was in dire need to get the offending limbs cut down ASAP. Not at all “pushy”. Within a short time he and I decided that around 4pm he would send his men (working on another job) out to my home to look over my problem limbs and to take care of them if possible. Great!! The crew of three came, at the time they said they would, evaluated the situation, discuss everything with me, got my permission, and completed the work safely, neatly and effectively. The cost to me I thought was fair and reasonable. The crew cleaned up and carried all parts of the pruned tree limbs away for disposal. One would never know that they were even there. Because of the respect, fair cost and the total satisfactory of the job completion, I would consider hiring this company again!!"
