"He came and replaced a part that did not fix it. Took part with him. He came back and charged me another almost $300 for a new sump pump which I should have gotten the first time he came. I feel I paid twice. Too much money."

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

Within minutes I was contacted and they were able to come within the hour, traveling 20+ miles. Justin was courteous and thorough. He made sure the main was unclogged and that all avenues of water travel were flowing smoothly. He also gave us some suggestions and things to look for. Great service! Great people! "Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
