"Dan did an excellent job of repairing some log rot that was in a critical location of the structure He was thoughtful, creative and thorough. He also repaired the part of my deck that was partially responsible for the log damage. Ok pricing was very fair I will be contacting Dan for remodeling work in the future"

"I hired splash painting and remodeling to remodel my kitchen and bathroom to make wheelchair accessible for my handicap father and in addition to doing the kitchen and bathroom remodel they also cut a whole in the side of my house where my fathers bedroom is in order to add a fire exit with the attached ramp so incase of an emergency my father can get out of the house quickly I have never been more impressed with a contractor in my life his need to make everything perfect and he also went out of his way to make sure I was happy every step of the way"
