The owner, Dave was great to work with, he kept us updated on a daily basis, and was there every morning to look things over and help get the guys set up. The workers were there at 7 am every day. Work was done well within the given timeframe. Everything was left clean each day. They built a bedroom in our basement, and gutted and remodeled a bathroom, we couldn’t be happier with both projects. Very professional, highly recommend."

"After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. We can't thank him enough for being a wonderful person and company to work with."

"I hired Long Island handyman construction group to remodel a 400sf basement and bathroom in Melville. They were priced in the middle compared to other bids. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware. "Tom and his crew of men were great! They repaired a gutted basement apartment that was water damaged. They provided top notch quality work and finished sooner than was agreed upon. Their work encompassed sheet rock, taping and sanding, spackle, painting, plumbing, installing vinyl flooring and wood moldings and they removed all debris. It was nice to have them able to do it all for me. We signed the work order and they were on the job the next morning. It was my pleasure dealing with Tom who did all he said that he was going to do!
