There were also stains that had been in my home since I moved in about ten years ago that I was unable to get out when I had my carpets cleaned perviously. Neil came over to give me a quote and was compassionate and understanding. He told me he would do his best to get all of the blood and urine out and would even try and get the old stains that had been there for several years. The job he did was nothing short of miraculous!!! He got all of the stains out including the old set in stains that my previous carpet cleaner was unable to remove. My carpets have NEVER looked so clean and he even got the odors to come out of my carpets. I would highly recommend this company as their service was unbeatable and their prices were fair. "We shopped and spoke with many "facade restoration experts" before choosing to work with High Tech and we are so glad we did our research. Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. The crew was respectful, clean and on time. They went above and beyond all of our expectations in touching up every minor detail so that the whole front of the house was left looking brand new. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
