After 35 years of living in the same four-room apartment, I had/have a lot of STUFF, which made the task of replacing wall-to-wall carpeting, kitchen flooring. and some furniture nearly impossible to figure out - how does a single person with a recent hip replacement and back issues empty the bottoms of four closets and furniture being moved or replaced? When I panicked over the realization that everything would need to be moved out of that room on Monday evening between the days of carpet installation, they accommodated an unscheduled visit and moved it all in under two hours. Back on Wednesday to unpack and implement solutions - they assembled and set up the units that I'd purchased and helped me figure out where certain things should go. They were kind enough to leave their containers for me to finish the job throughout the week rather than dump my belongings and grab their stuff when their job was done - they will return to pick them up now that they are empty.
