It turned out to be a never ending nightmare from the start that left us with pooling water everywhere, mud leaking thru walls and stairs that were falling apart. We hired Classical Pavers to hopefully resolve all our issues, and boy did they deliver. These guys are true landscape engineers! They uprooted the previously installed pavers, flawlessly re-pitched and graded the base, planned for all the possible drainige issues that might come up, and completely cleaned the pavers and property of any remnants of their work. "Excellent contractor. Responded to request for quote, visited the property promptly, after receiving photos to ensure nothing was missed in quoting the job. Gave a price, and stuck to that estimate. He explained the issues involved and gave options for approaches to fixing the problems. He was flexible in arranging a time when my tenant could give him access to electricity and water. Contractor showed up to the job with one additional workman on time. Did a very nice job, and cleaned up well afterwards. He even fixed up a few spots needing additional concrete to fill gaps, and while he was at it, he provided estimates for repairs on rear steps, as well as some further touch-up work to restore the finish to some main wall brick area. Steve, the owner/operator is a gentleman, and a very straightforward and down-to-earth person. He's easy to work with, and I highly recommend him for masonry work."
