He explained the issues involved and gave options for approaches to fixing the problems. He was flexible in arranging a time when my tenant could give him access to electricity and water. Contractor showed up to the job with one additional workman on time. Did a very nice job, and cleaned up well afterwards. He even fixed up a few spots needing additional concrete to fill gaps, and while he was at it, he provided estimates for repairs on rear steps, as well as some further touch-up work to restore the finish to some main wall brick area. Steve, the owner/operator is a gentleman, and a very straightforward and down-to-earth person. He's easy to work with, and I highly recommend him for masonry work."
