Larry Downer is not fast or slip-shod. He is meticulous in his work, and asked daily if I like what he has done, and do I have any complaint which in all good conscience I must say not a single one. I like that his wife help as well. That shows Family pride. And he absolutely takes pride in his work. He's not cheap, but in the contracting field you get what you pay for. "I really appreciate that Gary and his son were willing to do the labor only for my fence installation. The fence panels that I wanted were hard to come by early this season - I was able to purchase materials from a friend and Gary did the install. He and his son were great: first of all, a real pleasure to have around, but more importantly, they did a professional installation along my driveway with a difficult incline, some rocks to navigate and nosy neighbors who were disputing the boundary line! Throughout these difficulties, they remained cool and did a bang-up job. Gary even offered to get me 2 more panels and come back the following week to install, because in the end, I wished the finished fence provided just a bit more privacy. I highly recommend 518 fence - they'll work with you to meet your specific needs and they're just good to be around."
