The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. He was clear and direct, which is how I like working with someone. I would recommend A&K construction and will definitely hire them again for future projects."

"We had Climate chief re-insulate the attic of our very old cold drafty farm house. We are thrilled with the finished product. The house was noticeably warmer the day they finished, well worth the cost. I can't believe how big of a difference it made....we should have done it years ago. As far as customer service Climate Chief was 10 stars, they came out, gave us an estimate and had the project finished in less than 2 weeks. Unheard of turn around on a project like that. We normally can't get people to call us back let alone complete the work they promise. The crew was so professional and clean, we joking said they were quieter than all the mice living in our attic. "In terms of what they could get done in three hours, they were pretty damn amazing. I had a door kicked in and they repaired the frame while preserving the (very nice) door, and the guys themselves were positive and friendly. Would recommend for a similar repair to anyone."
