He did a great job repairing my chimney and cleaned up after himself. The chimney looks great. I will definitely call him the next time I need work done. He also does power washing! "From initial meeting with sales representative through installation, staff was knowledgeable, professional and performed good work. The products were thoroughly explained to us and why it could alleviate the dampness and odor in our basement. So far (four months in), it appears to be working. We were told the time the installers would be here; on the day of install they encountered an issue with their truck which delayed their arrival. The team leader called us immediately and advised us of the issue then called an hour later to tell us they were on their way. They were respectful of our home and kept the mess to a minimum (there will be dust from the jackhammering!). They explained everything they were going to do as they went along (my husband asked). The work was completed in 2 1/2 days."

In another house adjacent, Joe Rossi removed a crumbling stone porch and replaced it with a new stone porch/ steps, with a sturdy metal railing around, getting my property more curb cred. My only complaint was that the appt time was changed 3 times before the final request from Shamrock, at 5:30 p.m., asking if we could be the first appt of the day, 9-10 a.m. They showed up at 2:30-3:00 p.m. I had to call Shamrock at noon to ask if we still had an appt. They replied now the previous job was not finished. Why would I get a call at 5:30 p.m. the day before to request if I could be the 1st appt of the day? Our afternoon plans were cancelled that day. I have no complaint of how job was completed but then I can't see the chimney cover being screwed in place. I guess I should have for a before & after picture."
