am an independent contractor that offer mostly typical handyman services including painting interior and exterior, minor plumbing issues(leaks,repairor replacement of faucets and valves etc.hot water tanks, garbage disposals .and more) minor electrical issues(bad switches,recepticals,breakers,lighting,,upgrades)roofing,siding,rough carpentry, decks, driveways(patch and seal.property management and maintenance, lawn maintenance, moving, labor for hire, trailer rental, home theater systems, aquariums and yard ponds... design, setup, and maintenance and much more..from smaller jobs to bigger my crew and I can handle it safely, efficiently, and done right for a very good price..billing is a percentage of quote and the difference due upon completion. I try to work with my clients knowing sometimes things go wrong at the worst possible time as best I can which varies per client
