Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. The technician (Steve) Was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He had to hunt down a part that was not readily available due to the model of my furnace, and went the extra mile to do so. Once the part was located, it was installed and all was warm again within an hour. I highly recommend this company for fast, friendly and efficient service.
