I kept having to call to get appointments. They kept forgetting about me. But they were always nice. On day of install of my tankless water heater only one guy showed up. Staffing problems. So it took him all day to install. But the guy was very nice and I even offered my two boys to help him out by carrying things downstairs. I would hire them again but with the knowledge that it will take months and me calling back lots.

It was 17 degrees outside. I had called other heating companies in the area and was met with "We can't be there for a week or even 2 weeks". Empire State Heating & Air was here within a few hours. The technician (Steve) Was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He had to hunt down a part that was not readily available due to the model of my furnace, and went the extra mile to do so. Once the part was located, it was installed and all was warm again within an hour. I highly recommend this company for fast, friendly and efficient service. I plan on using Empire State Heating & Air for all my future heating problems. Kudos to Steve. Awesome job!!
