Matthew answered the phone on the first try and from that point on was a first class professional all the way. He explained everything from procedure to time frame to cost. His crew followed up exactly as was explained. They were polite, very hard workers, and did a magnificent job. They didnt leave a twig, carted all of the debris away and cut the logs into fireplace length and even stacked them for me. I highly recommend them and will hire them again!! "I had my front steps of my house done. The job was poorly done. When I asked if my steps were going to look like that when it was completed, I was told yes. He told me all my steps were different sizes. What he failed to say was he cut them wrong. So he lied to cover up the mistake.Because of the slabs being cut incorrectly he put pieces on the end of the slabs to fill in the gaps. It looks like a bad puzzle. Terrible job. Not professional at all. I’m so disappointed that I wasted my money on this company. I do not recommend them at all."
