"We hired Action for our Kitchen remodel in 2020. Given the high demand for services at the time, the techs from Action were generally prompt, on-time, and knowledgeable. I also fell that Action was fairly priced given the scope of work we laid out for them. That said, we ended up with mismatched switches on our wall and completely mis-labeled breaker panel, even after they relabeled the panel upon my request. Lastly, we paid them to run a line and install a blank box for a future hot tub. I recently found that line was left cut about 5 feet from the blank box in our crawl space and not run to the breaker panel."
