"It was very easy to get a hold of Steve to schedule our carpets to be cleaned.  Steve and his son arrived on time, looked professional, and communicated how they were going to do things.  They made sure to protect our house with extra materials where the large hoses drag across the walls.  They helped us move furniture and were very organized starting with the upstairs and then downstairs.  They helped us find where the smells were coming from (many doggies), and we had them treated and cleaned.  We have hired a lot of carpet cleaners, but I have to say that hiring Steve and Tony from ABL Carpet Cleaning was a fantastic decision, and we couldn't be more happy with the job."

David called before he arrived and was on time.  He spent a good deal of time carefully working on the many spots on the sofa and dining chairs.  He explained the difference between cleaning cotton upholstery (which my sofa is) and synthetic fabrics, and how cotton really absorbs/holds the stains/spots and is more challenging to get clean.  Also because it is off-white, it shows everything!   I was given a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member.

When the items dried the next day, I noticed some remaining spots, called him, and no questions asked, he said he'd come back and redo those areas that needed it.  He came back and tackled the remaining spots and all items turned out beautifully.  There was no charge for the second visit.

David is very knowledgeable and shared some tip on how I can better take care of spots on my furniture and carpet when they happen (I've used Resolve for years on pet stains on the carpet, and apparently that's not the best choice).  Also, he is kind and has an old-school gentlemanly way about him. 

All in all, just first-rate service and results.  I thank David, and will definitely use Bell for my future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs!

After contacting HomeAdvisor, Rick of Doing it Right Carpet Cleaning called during that same day and made an appointment to meet with us. After discussing what we needed and cost, he arranged for a couple ladies to be at our home within the week. So far (one cleaning) we are happy. Love a clean house!"

"A friend of ours recommended Spangler Floor Coverings. We went to his place of business and met with the owner Jeremy. We explained to Jeremy that we were looking for luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the house and carpet for the bedrooms. Jeremy showed us several options for LVP and explained the difference between each one. We choose the high end LVP. With Jeremy's help, we were able to also choose a carpet for the bedrooms. Being aware of our escrow closing date, Jeremy blocked out the install dates and told us if we contacted him as soon as the house was available, he would start the work on the floors. Our floors were completed within 4 days. Jeremy and his crew were very professional and did an awesome job on the instillation of the LVP and carpet.
