We had a two National Franchise companies clean the whole house carpets over the past 7 years and they said power rake was not needed. David called before he arrived and was on time.  He spent a good deal of time carefully working on the many spots on the sofa and dining chairs.  He explained the difference between cleaning cotton upholstery (which my sofa is) and synthetic fabrics, and how cotton really absorbs/holds the stains/spots and is more challenging to get clean.  Also because it is off-white, it shows everything!   I was given a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member.

When the items dried the next day, I noticed some remaining spots, called him, and no questions asked, he said he'd come back and redo those areas that needed it.  He came back and tackled the remaining spots and all items turned out beautifully.  There was no charge for the second visit.

David is very knowledgeable and shared some tip on how I can better take care of spots on my furniture and carpet when they happen (I've used Resolve for years on pet stains on the carpet, and apparently that's not the best choice).  Also, he is kind and has an old-school gentlemanly way about him. 

All in all, just first-rate service and results.  I thank David, and will definitely use Bell for my future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs!
