"I have used this service a few times to clean & deep clean my home in Tahoe Donner. They did a good job & were easy to work with."

"Take him off your list! Do you think a window cleaner should stand on your furniture to clean a window without asking the owner? Should a window cleaner show annoyance when you ask him to redo a window pane? Many of the windows were cleaned well, others were left with the soap film and outlines of the cleaning wand. I would not ask him to come back. He has a negative attitude and would likely not return."

"This company was so extremely conscientious in how they did their work. They went into some areas that would be so difficult to clean, and they did the job really well. Additionally, they did something I wasn't expecting...they thoroughly washed the screens that were in my windows, meticulously taking each individual screen out and power washing each screen in addition to making sure the window was spotless, taking care of washing windows that were on the second or third level. I was so impressed with their hard work, punctuality, and efficiency in the work they did. I would recommend at the lux janitorial services to anyone who needs a tremendous job on windows done with kindness and professionalism."

"Patrick and James were both professional and prompt. They answered all of our questions. We made one change the day of installation and they accommodated it with no complaints. Everything was cleaned up and the new gutters look great. An excellent company to do business with. I would use them again."

"They have done an amazing job with cleaning our commercial oven hood exhaust systems! We've had several of our Domino's locations serviced by Capital Steam and I would highly recommend them. Kathryn has been great to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of."
