I also greatly appreciate him working with me as I bought the filters and batteries needed for my home. The only thing that I was a little unhappy about was the extra $30 I was charged without an explanation but that doesn’t take away from the work that he did."

"One star - Would give zero if possible I signed a contract with Tyson White, the owner of Elite Window Coverings, in early February 2025 and paid nearly $8,000 in full for motorized blackout shades. Four months later, I still do not have completed installation?and the only thing consistent has been the excuses. Tyson has repeatedly blamed delays on the manufacturer, incomplete deliveries, or installation issues. Communication became increasingly sporadic, and he has now completely stopped responding to messages and calls. At this point, I believe this business is operating unethically, and legal action has been initiated. I strongly advise others to avoid Elite Window Coverings and look elsewhere for window treatments."
