My name is Kayla! And my experience in being very detail oriented, organizing, and housekeeping is what's brought me here. I'm an entrepreneur currently specializing in home management, laundry, and housekeeping. My clean's are efficient, low odor, safe for animals, and manageable to the most sensitive groups. Passion is what's kept me in this industry and has also let me find my niche in home projects such as systematic laundry practices, donation drop off's, e-bay and e-commerce auctions. smart technology & pairing of devices, and home match making services and luxuries! Ask me about an Italian reference for food and I could offer you a home chef. Overall, my heart is where the home is! And I'm happy to be servicing our great state of NV!

I take an area of your home clean, disinfect, remove and dispose of any unwanted items. I look at the space and if needed I purchase organizing bins, closets, tubes, shelves to make that space a space you love. There is a place for everything, if "Everything Is In It's Place"

Give new life, energy & function to any space in your home or business. Stress and mess are inevitable in life, but the spaces we spend most of our time in (home & work) should be nourishing and revitalizing. A disorganized kitchen, a messy playroom, a dysfunctional closet or a cluttered office should never be a source of added stress. In fact, when these spaces are organized and simplified they can actually ease your mind and help you focus on doing the things that matter most to you!

Dirty Werk Handyman Service LLC (Licensed and Insured) was formed in 2016 in an effort to provide any service required by Homeowners, Realtors, Property Managers and anyone else tired of having to do those nasty jobs around the home or office. Whether large or small we are a solutions based company skilled in all facets of construction, inside and out of your home. We look forward to handling all your "Dirty Werk" Brian Perry Owner/Founder

"STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. The company committed to do the work they were not capable of doing, and did not even have the legal right to do in California without a contractor's license. It was replacing deck railings and rebuilding a porch in South Lake Tahoe. The owner was polite and friendly before I started paying him the money, but totally changed later and kept demanding more money. The cost of the job, not too low to start with kept going up all the time, finally increasing by more than $10K. The owner would refuse to continue working if I did not pay more and more money upfront. He also refused to provide any receipts. After my single attempt to speak with the workers he snapped at me. The completion date was crucial in my case since I needed to finish the project before the winter season. The original completion date (end of September) kept moving forward as they worked very rarely and very short shifts (typically 10am to 3pm). During the entire course of the project there were constant excuses for not working (ill relatives, employees getting married, employees quitting etc.) Eventually the owner GUARANTEED the completion date of the project (mid-November) in exchange for an extra payment, but failed to deliver by the agreed upon date. I had to fire this company in the middle of November since I lost any confidence that the job would be completed and the quality would be acceptable. By the time I fired the company (3+ months into the project that was supposed to take less than 2 months): ■ deck railings were installed poorly - with a lot of cosmetic defects, uneven spacing and with a major safety hazard: they "forgot" to secure the top rail to the posts per manufacturers instruction; ■ the porch was demolished and the new one was not built. A crude frame was put in place but was so uneven and defective, it had to be rebuilt; ■ materials already paid for were not delivered (redwood), and the materials already delivered (trex flooring) were cut wrong and essentially destroyed. At that point I already paid this company $5000 above the initial invoice. The company owner disappeared and did not react to my request of a refund."

Home and Garage Organization questions, answered by experts

A new space over the garage offers several upsides, including added living space, more storage space, and boosted home value from the addition. If you create an attached ADU with the space, you could secure more privacy for you and any guests you have, or even some rental income if you rent the area. However, there are some drawbacks to consider, too, including the high up-front cost, the potential need to increase structural integrity, and size restrictions since garages are smaller than an entire floor of your home.

As with anything you buy, be wary of prices that seem too good to be true. Some low-cost flooring products can contain chemicals that release harmful VOCs (volatile organic compounds) in the form of fumes that can be inhaled or dust that can cause skin conditions.

Even good-quality products can be dangerous for DIY-ers who don’t take proper precautions. Always carefully read manufacturer instructions and wear the recommended protective gear when working with paints and other chemicals. You can also hire a local garage flooring pro with the experience and equipment needed to perform the installation safely with no lingering fumes or debris.

Installing new HVAC can increase a home’s value by 5% to 7%. While installing a mini-split unit in the garage may not offer that much of a boost to the home value, it is a lower-cost option than installing a more traditional cooling system in the garage. Plus, if a cooler garage allows you to spend more time in the space doing tasks you enjoy, it makes the investment worthwhile.

Adequate storage, workspaces, and energy-efficient systems are key considerations.

Yes, major renovations such as widening doors or installing lifts typically require permits and inspections.
