We had the (hot) side of the shower faucet(s) become stripped, threads broken, making it necessary for a professional repair, with repairs with new faucets, knobs, and accessories.
Joe was called, arrived the very next AM, and dug into the job.
He gave an estimate up front, and the cost fell well within what was quoted.
Job was completed in record time, and all leaks, issues, and problems were resolved 110%.
We've used him on several previous occasions, with great, great success.
I'd recommend him to anyone, everyone.

Installed new hot water heater and new toilet

I already told how it went in the other review. All I can say is that the plumber did a good job although someone I know who is a plumber told me that really it could have just been snaked by Joe. Joe said that if he had merely cleared the clog with s snake, he would have to come back in a month to do it again.. I'm not sure what was true but he did good job. It was very expensive though and for the 90 minutes that he was at my house, I think $350 is exorbitant. I think he knew a mom with six kids was pretty desperate to get her kitchen up and running again. Like I said he gave me a bill that said replaced 25 feet of 2 inch pvc pipe but there were no detailed charges for how much the materials cost and how much he charged in labor. He is a very nice person and he is seemingly professional and not creepy. But I will never have him back because I just never know how expensive it's going to be for a very simple and easy job.

He was awesome...have owned many homes and hired many contractors including plumbers. He knows his trade and was right on time and got to work. His price was more than fair, considering the work he had to do. Trust is a huge issue with hiring the unknown...you can trust this guy!

Joe Prinz of Prinz Plumbing is a PRINCE!  He was on time, knowlegeable and willing to explain in detail what he was doing and why.  He determined that the smell in the garage was propane (not dead animals in the crawl space as another contractor had said) and set about determining its source.  He found it, fixed it as well as all the other items.  I was impressed that his fixes were well thought out and designed to make replacing the current water heater (if necessary) easier for the next guy.  As long as it's me selecting a plumber, it will be Joe!

I have used him for many different jobs. I have referred him to others. He uses quality parts, very reasonably priced, clean and neat, thorough, very honest, and a very hard working guy. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Joe showed up on time and proceeded to dissapere under the house. He then drilled and jack hammered thru the foundation to run the copper lines for the water. He then went outside to hook up the backwash and stub pipe for my irragation lines. Was here for about 4 hours. Very neat, proffessional, and had everything he needed the first time. Would use him again and would refer him to anyone needing any kind of plumbing.
