"Great! Awesome job. They listened to what I asked for: to repair my air conditioner and that I could not afford to buy a new one at this time. Steve told me what was wrong and did not try to sell me new air conditioner just because my air conditioner was very old. First estimate I paid for guy said, "he had to repair panel and then motor might not work, so that would be additional fees to repair motor, so why waste thousands, just better to get a new air conditioner." Steve from Fast Response found problem, replaced parts, and fixed it, and then threw in a free thermostat that we probably broke trying to figure out what was wrong in the first place. Charged me what they quoted even though they had to replace the thermostat too. Plus paid less than the other company wanted to try and sell me before even knowing if that costly repair would even be the problem. Plus the initial consultation was FREE with Fast Response. I wish I had just gone with them first because they were HONEST, TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, and I'm very cool in my home with a working air conditioner. THANK YOU STEVE. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
