"Contacted King’s landscape for yard clean up. Luis was quick to come and estimate the work that needed to be done to satisfy both myself and the HOA. Was in for quite a shock when he stated my palm trees had to be pulled—they were not planted with enough room to grow. I was unhappy with the tall grass like bushes I had growing too so he said he could replace those as well. The estimate was a little higher than what I was hoping. But I was short on time. They were able to come two days later to complete the work. I had to work so I paid them and trusted them to do a good job. I was impressed with how it looked when I returned home.
