"Anver responded to my request for a fairly routine one-time exterior pest control treatment & took care of it the next business day (it was relatively urgent). By contrast, two competitors I called first would not perform a one-time treatment, trying to cajole me into a recurring service, which I do not want at this time (I understand the benefits, but I'm uninterested). One of the other companies even insisted I had to have an inspection first as a separate appointment! I just wanted around $100 for a very basic, routine exterior job that would only take a few minutes. Now, if I decide that a recurring service is right for me in the future, Anver will have earned my business!"

"HOMEOWNER BEWARE! They got to my home early morning, July 2019. I have a single story home and just recently notice pigeons nesting under the eves. They cleaned the area and did pressure wash and got my windows under the eve very dirty with bird poop all over. I had to clean my windows the next day. They installed screen under the alcoves, 3 guys there to do the job. When I got home, holy cow, my tile roof was severely damaged! I couldn't believe it! I talked to Todd, the owner and he said I signed and the disclaimer on the contract. "They are not responsible nor held liable for any damages to the roof. This is first class professionalism at its best. Todd the owner wouldn't even come out to see the damage. As far as he is concerned, his guys did the job and that's what I paid for. Repairs to the damage caused by his employees are just about $1,500. He was highly recommended to my by Pigeons Be Gone. I wouldn't be surprised that the other company practices the same "total disregard" to homeowners roof. SHAME ON YOU TODD WAGNER. . .SHAME ON YOU A BETTER DAY PIGEON CONTROL! Beware of this company, unless you don't care the damages to your roof. Check out the photos of the damage they did. Don't let this company do this to your roof."
