"We provided an estimate with pictures showing the broken tiles. You signed and wanted the work done. When the job was completed you wanted us to take care of your broken tiles. We live in Las Vegas where the sun beats down on our roofs and and makes them brittle. We as a company take pride in our work. We are as careful as possible. So that we don't have these issue. If we didn't care we wouldn't be in business. You paid half of your bill and have left the rest. We have the right to lien your property for the rest of what you owe. We decided not to do that. You can give us an F grade and after all I believe we have provide Great Customer Service, a job well done. We don't hassle you about the remainder of the bill."
