Zackary came and gave me an estimate which I approved. an appointment was set up for 3 weeks time. the night before said appointment I received an email that he would come out the following week. he was a no show . no courtesy contact no returning phone call nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

The techs arrived on time were courteous, explained how long it would take ( all day ) and proceeded immediately. Cleaned up after ( drop cloths were laid down before) Shower head and handles developed fast leak and the tech came out on 5/18 and repaired.
Originally I was looking to get a roof mount swamp cooler. Ended up discussing the pros / cons compared to a a/c unit. Furnace is from 1978 and would be cost effective to replace it at the same time as installing an a/c unit. Overall cost then became out of our budget for the meantime -...
