It was uneventful, which is great. They were prompt, did the job and the work held up.

They showed up and installed everything quickly and professionally.

I found this provider through Angie's List and was able to schedule an appointment with one day's notice. Bill offered to drive me to work and pick me up again after the windshield was installed, but instead I waited in the neighborhood near their shop. They estimated the job would take 3 hours and it took only 2-1/2. The work and the new windshield are excellent, and they gave me very clear instructions on how to take care of the car for the next few days. Definitely would use them again, although I hope I won't have to!

From the moment I arrived, I had complete confidence that they would do a great job. Very professional and courteous, with attention to detail, my new windshield was quickly and perfectly installed. It looked like a factory installation. I received thorough instructions of care and everything was handled in an efficient and direct manner. The shop itself was clean and spotless, even though they were very busy with jobs, and the waiting room and bathroom were also clean and tidy. When I asked about a place where I might have some lunch while I waited, I was given directions to a great local coffee shop within a short walking distance. I would absolutely recommend and use their services again in the future.

Door to Door service! Their mobile service was booked up today when we needed the appointment, so Bill with National offered to pick up our car and return it once the repair was complete. He came around breakfast, and he was back by lunch time. Polite and professional. Good business!

Bill was great off the bat. Scheduling was easy. Repair was 3 hours like he promised. And best of all, there was no whistle in the cabin area like there was with my previously replaced windshield. The previous one was done in my driveway, so it was much easier, and cheaper, but I was never satisfied with the job. No rain leak, but a loud whistle at speeds. I was thinking of selling the car to get rid of the noise, but then a rock hit the windshield causing a chip...which led to a crack when I washed the car on a hot day. The new windshield is great. I'm glad I made that difficult drive to Beverly Hills to get the job done. Highly recommended.

First off we have an older car a 1980 Mercedes 300 SD. I just wish we would have found National Auto Glass before I paid somebody else too break my windscreen, cut the seat with a razor blade, scratch the paint on the car all while installing the windscreen incorrectly and to the tune of a hundred dollars! Not only could National Auto Glass handle the job they were able to fix the mistakes the moron who I paid to screw everything up had left. National Auto Glass made our old Mercedes look as good as new. Without a doubt this is the place to go for auto glass. While we were there in the shop the cars ranged from Bentleys to our junkie Mercedes.They treated our 34 year old S class like it was a 2014 S class. Do not make the same mistake I did! Do not try to go cheap with the windscreen on your car come see the experts pay the money (which is surprisingly reasonable) have the job done right don't F around.

Some jerk bashed in my driver's side window and the next morning I called Bill, and he said to bring it in. Within two hours I had a brand new window, some quality advice about other windows on my car, and some pleasant conversation. He knows what he's doing there, and was very reassuring about everything. If i ever have to have a window done again, I'll be going to him.

The appointment process was easy. Bill gave me described the alternatives available to me based on my car model. My choice was to use Mercedes parts so the price was higher because of part costs. He also explained the process so I would know how long it would take and could make the choice of waiting in their waiting room or leaving. They started on the window replacement right on schedule. I waited in the waiting room which has comfortable couches and a TV. The car was done within the estimated time and the price was as quoted. I would definitely recommend the company again. The company was also the one recommended by the Mercedes dealership.

National Auto Glass could have fit me in the same day had I been free. They did the work quickly, and were very easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!

They were great. They offered me a very fair price and same day service. When I got there they told me they were short handed and still got me in and out quickly. I hope I don't have any more cracked windshields, but if I do then I will definitely go to them.

Called in the am and by 12:30 they were at my house working on my windshield.
By 2pm all was complete. Owner came out personally to inspect and thank me for
my business. Would definately use again. Hopefully won't need it.

Excellent service, they replaced my windshield in a very timely manner. The price was around same as other companies I contacted, but I chose this company based on their great professional service. Great all around experience. Highly recommended.

Called NAG after reading reviews on AL. The person I spoke to was very friendly I asked about on-site replacement, at my home. He told me they just need one day advance notice. I scheduled an appointment for a couple days later. He told me they would probably come out first thing that morning, since they like to do mobile work early. They called me at 8 this morning to confirm today's appointment, and arrived within half an hour or so. The technician was friendly and did the job in less than 90 mins. He told me just to call them if there are any problems at all. Was able to pay by credit card.

The owner was incredibly courteous and friendly, told me how much it would cost and how long it would take. He even recommended a neighborhood coffee shop where I could wait -- a place that I hadn't heard of it and really enjoyed. The window was replaced quickly and cost exactly what he said it would. All in all, it was a great small business, and the level of service was something that you just don't usually get anymore!

The shop was clean, the men were friendly. The service was prompt and the price reasonable. They were careful to explain to me what they would do, and what I could expect, before they started work. I waited in their lounge -- the job was done in twenty minutes.
