"Magali is absolutely amazing! When I first moved here 2 years ago I tried 8 different recommendations from Nextdoor/Neighborhood Facebook/Top Rated cleaning services and literally had every experience I didn’t think was possible from companies/people coming once and then being no call no shows, paying a lot for subpar work, supporting small businesses and even questioning if my stuff was missing. Then, after I gave up for a few months I finally found Magali and her daughter Star! I have 3 toddlers and work full time so keeping 3,200sq ft up is a mstruggle. They are fast but very efficient and if I ever need something a little extra she is 100% willing without question. I have her on a biweekly schedule and she is always on time and every time I have needed a bit of flexibility with my schedule she has made it work even though I live in the Verrado area in Buckeye. They do everything for me except laundry. I highly recommend this service and have referred them on multiple occasions and those friends are also very satisfied."

Range Hoods questions, answered by experts

If a range hood has minor issues, the average repair costs $85 to $210. This accounts for both parts and labor. More extensive damage can cost as much as $300 to $500, at which point it may be worth considering completely replacing the range hood.

A higher CFM will make the price of your range hood more expensive. It can be challenging to speculate how much the CFM rating affects price, but ductless range hoods—that don’t need as high of a CFM as ducted range hoods—are less expensive than their alternative. On average, ductless hoods cost between $100 and $300, while ducted hoods can cost as much as $1,000.

No, range hoods do not necessarily have to be vented outside. Ductless or non-vented range hoods are available, which are common in condos or small kitchens where connecting to external ductwork isn't feasible. These hoods operate by taking in air, filtering it through charcoal filters to help eliminate smoke and odors, and then recirculating the cleaned air back into the kitchen. However, while these recirculating hoods are more versatile, venting to the outside is still the preferred and more effective method for completely removing smoke, odors, and gases from the room.

Regular cleaning of filters and checking ducting ensures effective operation.

Ensures safe electrical connections and proper venting, improving kitchen air quality.
