"These guys were great!! We had a delivery of a massive new front, all in one piece, very heavy. They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"The garage door opener needed a part that took almost a month to arrive. Fridge and dishwasher also got few weeks before they were actually repaired."

I recommend Vortex Filtration Inc to design build and install their patented Vortex water system to solved all well water conditioning issues. "Sasso services did an excellent job on a variety of projects for me. I will definitely keep them on my speed dial to assist with big and small items from the home-do list. Projects they have completed for me includes: custom built-in garage shelves, finish electrical in finished man-cave shed, installed mini-split AC unit, replaced kitchen light fixtures, put together garden shed purchased from CostCo, general maintenance and even some yard work/cleanup."
