I had hired a another chimney cleaner( not from home advisor) about 6 months prior . I 300.00 paid for what I thought was complete chimney cleaning blind trust! Then something happened during a wind storm so reached out to asked him to repair damages but he put me off , one month , so I contacted home advisor requesting chimney inspection and repair they replied on in a few days and came over for inspection. Using special cameras and video of my chimney . To my dismay it showed. Extreme build up and a fire hazard so I hired them to clean and repair my chimney Geo was professional and provided detailed before and after pic a huge difference from. The person I contract last year to clean needles to say. I won t be calling him back again! But I will call and recommend suissa services Geovani is great thanks home advisor !

They spent a lot of time making sure are blinds were working properly. And, replaced a bad one. I would recommend them highly. Giovanni was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He finished the job making sure the area was clean the way he found it. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

I contacted R.A.Z Swissa via HomeAdvisor as it was the first company listed. I called for my elderly mother who needed her dryer vent cleaned and I spoke with Giovanni Russi who told me that his service people would clean the dryer vent from both the bottom and top using a vacuum hose as well as a device with a wire brush that would spin and scrub the sides of the vent to assure it was as clean as possible. He went on to say that his workers would also take before and after photos of our tile roof to show us that the workers did not break or chip any tiles while on the roof. ALMOST NONE OF THE SERVICE MR. RUSSI DESCRIBED WAS DONE! The only thing his workers did was shove a 3" vacuum hose up the vent and let it sit in the tube for 5-10 minutes! I asked the fellow in charge when he was going to insert the scrubbing brush and he kept telling me how powerful the vacuum was and it was doing the job just fine. When it became apparent that they had no intention of using the brush or to clean the vent from the roof side I simply wanted them to leave so I paid the bill to get them out of my mothers house. I sent an email for my mother to Mr. Russi much like the one here and got NO REPLY which leads me to believe he is aware his staff is shortchanging customers and his sales pitch was almost a complete lie. Given the fact that I complained and got no reply I can only say that anyone that hires Mr. Russi for his dryer vent cleaning service is a fool.

The carpet cleaning was great other than them missing the master bedroom closet. The painting was disappointing. The line between the baseboards and walls was not straight. And the paint were it met the ceiling was not straight. Did not come across as professionally done.

The guys were very professional and courteous. They were very meticulous about the work they performed and were also extremely knowledgeable about there processes. It was my pleasure to have them in my new home and perform above and beyond my expectations. I am looking forward to having them work for me in the near future. Grazie.

Repair and Clean after tenant move out: They arrived early and ready to work. They were professional, courteous and knowledgable. They understood what I needed to have done. They gave me my quote, which i thought was a little steep, but figured the house was in need and for the price would get a good job. The next day when I returned to the house I felt that the job they had done was not what I had paid for. After contacting the arrogant boss, who I felt was very unfair to the two gentleman that did the job. The two left the job they were on, drove in the rain and came back to make it right and that is exactly what they did and beyond. I was so pleased with them and their work, that they will continue to be my one and only company I hire for all of my rentals.

Great company, quality work. However one issue, they have not submitted a bill for work performed. I have called 8 times, leaving call back info, but no response. I would very much like to settle my account.

Had popcorn ceilings removed, new ceilings made smooth; painting of family room and laundry; new baseboards in family room, laundry and hallway and crown molding installed in family room and hallway. We also had brick removed around fireplace and fireplace updated and new mantle installed. Gio and Costa( (sp?) were always on top of everything and ALWAYS making sure everything was to our satisfaction.

They made sure that all was alright. They explained what they did and how they did it. It worked out very well.
